Refund Policy

At AdCreator AI, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

First-time subscribers on any paid plan (Starter at $79/mo, Pro at $149/mo, or Agency at $299/mo) are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of their initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

This guarantee applies only to your first subscription to AdCreator AI. If you have previously held a paid subscription and are re-subscribing, the 7-day guarantee does not apply.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, send an email to admin@adcreator.ai with the following information:

Your account email address
The date of your subscription purchase
Your PayPal transaction ID (if available)
The reason for your refund request (optional, but helps us improve)

We aim to acknowledge all refund requests within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed through PayPal. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your PayPal account or original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on PayPal and your financial institution.

4. What Is Not Refundable

Renewal charges after the first month: Subscription renewals beyond the initial billing period are not eligible for refund, unless the Service was substantially unavailable during that period.
Service unavailability claim: If you believe the Service was substantially unavailable during a billing period, contact us with details and we will review your case on an individual basis.
Partial month usage: We do not issue prorated refunds for partial months of usage.
Account termination for policy violations: If your account was terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at admin@adcreator.ai.

Upon cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period.
No further charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.
Your account will revert to the Free tier after the paid period ends.
Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. If you are within the 7-day guarantee window, you must explicitly request a refund.

6. Free Tier

The Free tier requires no payment information. Since no payment is made, no refund is applicable for Free tier accounts.

7. Disputes

If you have a billing dispute or are unsatisfied with a refund decision, please contact us at admin@adcreator.ai. We will work with you in good faith to resolve the issue.
