If you're here because your AdCreative.ai 7-day trial turned into a paid plan and you didn't see it coming, this page is for you. Their help center says the trial needs a card and bills automatically unless you cancel before it ends, with a 100% refund within 7 days of the charge on monthly plans. If you are still inside the trial and want out before it charges you, start with the box directly below — you do not need the refund steps at all. The process to cancel is buried in their account settings, but it's doable. If you've already been charged, your card issuer or PayPal is on your side. Here's the path most people miss.
Cancelling normally leaves your access running to the end of the period you already have, so cancelling early usually costs you nothing. If you want the full trial, set a calendar reminder two days before the renewal date rather than trusting yourself to remember on the day.
Log into app.adcreative.ai. Click your profile avatar in the top-right → Account or Subscription.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the subscription page. The cancel option is a small text link below the upgrade buttons — not a button itself.
Complete any "are you sure?" dialogs. When you see the cancellation-confirmation page, screenshot it. You want the timestamp visible. You'll need this if support stalls or charges continue.
Common reviewer complaint: the cancellation appears to succeed but charges continue the next billing cycle. The screenshot is your evidence for a dispute.
Email support@adcreative.ai with:
Be polite but specific. Reviewers report better results when the email cites the trial signup date + the auto-charge date + includes the screenshot, vs. vague "please refund" requests.
If you don't get a response within 5 business days, dispute the charge through your bank or credit card. Most banks have an online dispute form. The category to pick is usually one of these:
Attach the cancellation screenshot, the support email you sent, and any reply (or lack of). For US cards under Visa/Mastercard rules, trial-to-paid conversions without explicit consent typically resolve in the cardholder's favor.
If you paid via PayPal, the path is different but easier. Go to PayPal → Resolution Center → Report a problem → pick the AdCreative.ai charge → choose "Billing issue".
PayPal escalates to Buyer Protection if the merchant doesn't respond within 10 days. Include the cancellation screenshot and your support-email evidence.
Cancelling stops the billing. It does not necessarily close the account or remove what you uploaded — brand assets, audience details and generated creatives can outlive the subscription. If you want the data gone, you have to ask for that separately and in writing.
Email support and say plainly that you want to delete your account and erase your personal data, not just cancel the subscription. Keep it in the same thread as your cancellation so there is one record.
If you are in the UK or EU, the GDPR right to erasure obliges them to respond within one month. In California, the CCPA/CPRA deletion right carries a 45-day response window. Naming the regulation in your first email tends to get it routed properly rather than answered with a retention offer.
If you reach the right person on the first email, refunds can clear in 3-7 business days. If you go the bank-dispute route, expect 1-3 weeks for the provisional credit, with final resolution in 30-60 days. PayPal disputes typically resolve within 10-20 days.
You probably still need the thing you signed up for — AI-generated ad copy and visuals you can ship to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google. We built AdCreator AI for the same job, and we deliberately did NOT copy the trial-conversion model that brought you to this page.
Our 7-day Pro trial doesn't require a card. We email you BEFORE conversion, not after. Cancel is a one-click button, not a buried link. Refund policy is 30 days, no questions. If we ever bill you by surprise, the refund clears without a dispute — that promise is in our refund policy.
